Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Token Chance calculator website ("the Service"), an independent fan-made probability calculator for the pirate shop token drop rate in Fortnite. By using the Service or purchasing a 30-day unlimited pass, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

The Service estimates the probability of obtaining at least one pirate shop token from a given number of Fortnite chests, using a geometric-distribution model and a community-estimated drop rate. All probabilities are estimates based on community data, not official figures from Epic Games, Inc. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only; we do not guarantee the accuracy of any estimated drop rate or calculated probability.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Epic Games, Inc. or Supercell. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.

2. Free tier

The Service includes 3 free calculations per day per device. We may change or withdraw the free tier at any time.

3. Billing & Refunds

3.1 What you are buying

The 30-day unlimited pass is a one-time purchase of USD $2.00 that unlocks unlimited calculations on your device for 30 calendar days from the moment your payment is confirmed. It is a digital service delivered immediately: upon confirmed payment, access is granted immediately.

This is not a subscription. Each purchase is a one-time transaction. Checkout authorizes only the displayed amount (USD $2.00). There is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal, and no auto-top-up. When your 30 days expire, you simply return to the free tier (3 calculations per day) unless you choose to buy another pass. Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel — no cancellation flow is required.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are collected at checkout where required by law.

Payments are processed by waffo, our payment processor and merchant of record. Card details are handled exclusively by waffo's PCI-DSS-certified payment infrastructure and are never stored on our servers.

3.2 Refund policy

Because the pass is a digital service delivered immediately, the following rules apply:

• Unused pass — full refund within 7 days. If you have not used any unlimited calculation after purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors — always refunded in full. If you were charged twice for the same pass, or charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge in full.
• Service failure. If a confirmed technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the unlimited tier you paid for, we will refund you in full.
• EU / UK / AU consumers — 14-day withdrawal right. If you are a first-time purchaser located in the EU, UK or Australia, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By using your first unlimited calculation you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you thereby waive this withdrawal right.
• Used passes are otherwise non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To request a refund, email support@tokenchance.app with the email address used at checkout and your transaction ID (found on your waffo receipt). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via waffo.

3.3 Pass validity and expiry

Each pass is valid for 30 calendar days from payment confirmation. We will show the expiry status on the calculator page. After expiry, any unused portion of the pass lapses without refund unless applicable law requires otherwise. Purchase records associated with your device are retained for 90 days after pass expiry for support and accounting purposes, then deleted.

3.4 Billing disputes

For any billing question or dispute, contact support@tokenchance.app. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days. If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved quickly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt to bypass the free-tier limit through automated means, scrape the Service at disruptive volume, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Violation and termination

If you violate these Terms, including by abusing the Service, bypassing usage limits, scraping at disruptive volume, or using the Service for an unlawful purpose, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service and cancel any active 30-day unlimited pass. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a pass canceled for a material violation is not eligible for a refund.

We may also suspend access temporarily to investigate suspected abuse or to protect the Service and other users. Where practicable, we will notify you of the reason and any available remedy.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Drop rates shown are community estimates and may be inaccurate or outdated by game updates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim (i.e., at most USD $2.00).

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
